What to expect

Dosage: 1-2 cups daily during periods

In about 15-20 minutes the soothing and calming ingredients of Crampeezy Tea will begin to work their magic. Sit back, relax and go on with your day!


For moderate pain
Dosage: 2-3 cups daily during periods

Daily tasks seem like a chore? All you want to do is snuggle up in bed with a tub of ice-cream and some Netflix. Consume a cup every 3 hours to manage the pain.


For severe pain
Dosage: 3-4 cups daily during periods
