The Authors

Meet Suchita
Hi There! I'm Suchita, and just Like you, I was dealing with
hormonal issues ranging from irregular periods, hair fall and acne
to sleep, mood swings and anxiety. I was tired of the endless pills
and the band-aid fixes. I wanted something that truly works-
without the fluff - so I created it . The Basics Woman is a brand
dedicated to helping women take charge of their hormonal
health through natural, effective, and affordable solutions.
After completing my undergraduate degree from the University
of Southern California, I went on to pursue my Masters in Clinical
Nutrition (UK) and a Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education
(IGNOU).
I hope you enjoy this book as much as we enjoyed creating it.
These recipes are designed for the woman on-the- go, across all
age groups. You don't need to be a trained chef or an expert
cook, just a lover of food. Happy cooking!

Meet Krittka
Hi, I am Krittika, a chef, recipe curator, and food enthusiast who
believes that good food should b e simple, nourishing, and
flavourful. With a BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts from IHM-A, I have
spent years blending culinary artistry with science . From
working in the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels (IHCL) to leading
menu development for a growing sandwich QSR startup, my
journey has been all about bringing creativity to every dish.
Co-authoring this book has been an exciting experience. We
have thoughtfully compiled hormone-friendly recipes that
seamlessly fit in to busy lives. With these recipes, you can
expect to skip the complicated and time-consuming steps and
savour yummy and healthy food.
Having worked across three countries, I love exploring diverse
flavours and making cooking accessible to everyone. I share my
