How To Heal At The Deepest Level Possible

The Undeniable Link Between
Trauma & PCOS

The link between Trauma & PCOS

This isn't common knowledge yet but truth is that every single symptom of PCOS goes back to early childhood trauma in some way, shape, or form. How is this possible?
The nervous system governs ALL organ systems (endocrine hormone production, reproduction, digestion, immunity, tissue and cell repair and so many more).
When there is a lack of safety (chronic stress, threat, shock, chaos, unpredictability, pressure, etc) with parents and caregivers, we store survival stress (aka trauma), or we get stuck in survival physiology.
When survival stress (hint: fight/flight/freeze) are stuck ON for long periods of time, this impacts the system's ability to regulate all our organ and hormone function as intended, resulting in nervous system DYSREGULATION.
Nervous system dysregulation is at the root of PCOS and ALL chronic and "mysterious" symptoms, that so many women are struggling with today.

Every symptom of PCOS goes back to childhood trauma in some way, shape or form.

Before you say, “But I had a good childhood!”, please watch this 12 min video. The scientific community is finally redefining what a traumatic experience and adversity really is, and it is not what most people think! I hope you take some time to sink your curiosity into this, and then I'll see you inside the masterclass!

INSTRUCTOR

HANNAH
ROSE

Hi, I'm Hannah, I'm a PCOS healing specialist focused on addressing the root cause: the nervous system.
Diagnosed with PCOS, I felt out of control, helpless, and unsafe in my body. Despite my extensive training in exercise physiology, biomechanics, anatomy, nutrition, and fitness, I found no lasting relief. It wasn't until I studied neuroscience and Polyvagal theory that I understood my chronic symptoms were due to accumulated stress and unresolved trauma affecting my nervous system. By healing my nervous system, I was able to overcome PCOS and, in 2013, the diagnosis was medically lifted. I am the first professional in the PCOS space to highlight the critical role of the nervous system in the healing process.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to the masterclass?

This isn't a time-sensitive masterclass, you have lifetime access, so you are free to move through all the lessons and learn at your own desired pace.

Do I have to dive into my trauma to do this masterclass?

Absolutely not. This isn't an "opportunity" to analyse your past. Analysing problems and focusing primarily on what has gone wrong in our life does not support regulation. It might take us further away from how we experience life in the here and now. Healing the past emerges from embodying more of the present moment.

Can I watch the masterclass on my phone?

You can watch the masterclass on any device. But to get the full experience, it's best to use the biggest screen possible – your computer.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Due to the digital nature of this masterclass, there is no refund after you gain access to the masterclass.
