Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales on thebasicswoman.com / Sucheetah Health Foods Private Limited are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order is successfully placed. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
When we'll make it right
Refund: If your order hasn't been shipped within 30 days of placement due to our error, you're entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation + Refund: If your delivery location isn't serviceable by our courier partners, we'll notify you automatically and process a full refund.
Replacement or Refund: If your product arrives damaged or expired, we've got you covered. See below for how to raise a request.
Any scenario not explicitly covered under the above three conditions will not be considered for a refund or replacement; no exceptions.
How to raise a request
Email us at care@basicswoman.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

Replacement: Once confirmed in writing, your replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days.

Refund: Once confirmed in writing, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
When we won't be able to help
We're unable to process refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Products returned due to personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product; whether opened, used, or still sealed and untouched; will not be eligible for a refund or replacement

Incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout

Recipient was unavailable at the delivery address

Delivery was refused

Package was delivered to a person or location specifically designated by you

Force majeure events beyond our control

Product shows signs of tampering by the customer

OTP-verified deliveries where the OTP was shared but the parcel was not collected; if the package is subsequently lost or marked undeliverable, we will not be liable for a refund or replacement
